After the 1st edition (KEK, Tsukuba - Japan - 2001) and the 2nd edition (Un. of California, Irvine - US - 2002) we are pleased to welcome the 3rd edition of this successful series of International Workshops at the INFN - Laboratori Nazionali del Gran Sasso, Assergi - Italy in March 2004.
